Bogan Avery

Hello! My name is Bogan Avery! I am a Christian Counselor. Life can be very

difficult, and can produce multiple issues in a person’s walk. I seek to meet people where they are in order to see them begin to come to life! I utilize cognitive behavioral techniques, experiential techniques, in combination with the message of the Gospel, and the power of the Holy Spirt to work people through the ruts they find themselves in. I seek to live a life in which God works through me to the betterment of people, and to see a healthy connected community flourish so that we all can give thanks to God!

I received my Masters Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Harding University in Searcy, AR. I have also received biblical training at Harding University through my undergraduate studies.

I have worked as a Licensed Professional Counselor (6970) for 9 years, and have gained experience working with Individuals, Couples, and Families on issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, family issues, grief, pain, and addiction. I have also worked extensively with single mothers, men’s issues, and have provided services for other Professional Counselors/Therapists. I have been married to my lovely wife, Raleigh for 8 years, and have 3 beautiful daughters ages 6, 4, and 1.

My name is Heather G. Soto. I was born in South Carolina. I grew up in Lexington and went to Columbia International University where I obtained my Bachelor degrees in Psychology and Bible. I later became certified in holistic nutrition which I am super passionate about helping people heal with. I love spending time with my husband, Daniel and 2 boys, Liam and Mateo (5 years and 7 months old). I am happy to serve you and your family!
